We use organic, non-GMO California grown Eureka lemons, Murcott tangerines, Alphonse mangos, hibiscus flowers, raspberries, and stevia leaf in our unique lemonades.
Our fruits and lemons are fresh-squeezed, cold-pressed and never heated to best preserve the fresh taste and nutrients.
I started Sweet’tauk on the beach in Montauk - a sweet place - making rather unsweet lemonades for friends, families and kids. Sweet'tauk lemonade is now available in Whole Foods and other fine markets from Florida to Boston, And we are still here, at East End farmers markets, our shop in Montauk, makets throughout the Hamptons, and at the beach. - Deborah Aiza, Founder

All fruit has sweetness, even lemons. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice needs less sugar. Heat pasteurization removes freshness and taste that is replaced by sugar. We fresh-squeeze, cold-press and never heat, We leave in the freshness and leave out the sugar.
Sweet'tauk lemonade is the first HPP lemonade brand. HPP (High Pressure Processing) is a cold pasteurization technique which uses pressure transmitted by water up to 87,000 psi. HPP is a natural, environmentally friendly process that maintains fresh flavor and nutrients.
